- Custom products like blankets, mugs and/or ornaments are made to order, and we strive to ensure the highest quality in every item.

2. Custom & Personalized Products
- All sales are final on custom and personalized products (e.g., custom blankets, mugs, and other personalized items).
- Custom orders are created based on the information provided by the customer. Please double-check names, text, and images before placing an order.
- We are not responsible for errors (such as misspellings or incorrect details) if the information was provided incorrectly.
3. Order Processing & Production Times
- Orders are processed within 1-5 business days.
- Custom products require additional processing time depending on the complexity of the design.
- We operate Monday through Saturday and are closed on Sundays and holidays.
- Production times do not include shipping transit times.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping costs are a flat rate based on your chosen shipping method. Customers can select between Economy Shipping or Standard Shipping at checkout.
- Delivery times depend on the shipping option chosen at checkout. Customers can select Economy Shipping (5-8 days) or Standard Shipping (3-5 days) for faster delivery.
- Once an order is shipped, The Foodie Store by Chef Wanda Wray is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.
- International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Custom and personalized products are non-returnable unless damaged upon arrival.
- If you receive a damaged or defective book or custom products, you must:
- Take a photo of the damage immediately.
- Email the photo to chefwandawray@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Our team will assess the issue and determine whether a replacement or refund is applicable.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs if a return is approved.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and processed.
6. Cancellations & Order Changes
- Orders cannot be canceled or changed once production has started.

7. Product Accuracy & Variations
- We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and colors are as accurate as possible. However, slight color variations may occur due to monitor settings, lighting, and material differences.
- Cookbooks, prints, and other custom products are professionally produced and reviewed for quality.
