At The Foodie Store by Chef Wanda Wray, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item is received damaged or defective. Please review our return and replacement policy below.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your book or custom products like blankets, mugs or ornaments arrives damaged or broken, please follow these steps to request a replacement or refund:

  1. Take a clear photo of the damaged item immediately upon receiving it.
  2. Email the photo to chefwandawray@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  3. Our team will review your case and determine if a return or replacement is appropriate.

If a return is approved, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return, a replacement will be shipped within 5 business days.

Return Window & Processing

  • Customers have 14 days from the delivery date to return damaged merchandise.
  • We operate Monday through Saturday and are closed on Sundays and holidays.
  • Production and shipping times are calculated in business days and do not include days when we are closed.

Responsibility for Shipped Orders

Once your order has been shipped, it is under the responsibility of the postal or courier service. When receiving your package, please open it carefully. We cannot be responsible for damage caused during the opening process.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us at chefwandawray@gmail.com, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Customized products, including special orders and personalized items like custom mugs, blankets or personalized ornaments.
  • Merchandise damaged during the opening process.
  • Items stained or soaked with water, liquids, or food.

Exchanges

If you need a book replacement, you will need to process a return first. Once your defective book return is accepted, we will issue a refund, and you may place a new order. Custom products are like blankets, mugs or ornaments non-exchangeable.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding your refund approval.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
