HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email from us outlining your tracking information so you can track your order. Please allow 2 business days for us to email your tracking number before sending our customer service team an email.

Production 

Technology & Inks

The product goes through a dye sublimation process. Firstly, the design is printed on heat-resistant transfer paper then the image is embedded into the item for a long-lasting print secured with a heat press.

Quality control

Each item is individually inspected prior to shipping for print quality and positioning. Additionally, we inspect the item itself to ensure full and proper functionality.

Packaging control

Shipped in self sealing poly mailers with high adhesive seal strip and UV protecting coating inside. Packages are tightly secured providing excellent protection during shipments.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us immediately at chefwandawray@gmail.com. If we already processed your order, we are unable to make any changes.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AND ITEM?

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom products, including custom blankets, custom mugs, and personalized ornaments, as they are made to order. However, cooking books may be returned within 14 days, provided they are in their original condition.
