Processing & Production Times

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 3-13 business days.
  • Business days are Monday through Saturday; we are closed on Sundays and holidays.
  • Custom and personalized products may require additional processing time.
  • Handling times do not include shipping transit time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Customs processing for international shipments
  • Strikes
  • Economic considerations
  • Peak season: Can cause shipping delays
  • Delivery mismanagement

If your package is delayed, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has shipped, it is in the hands of the postal or courier service. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we want to help ensure a smooth delivery experience.  

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received your package, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office. If your package is lost in transit, please file a claim with the shipping carrier, and feel free to reach out—we’re happy to assist in any way we can!

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
  • The Foodie Store by Chef Wanda Wray is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging upon arrival.
  2. Email the photos to chefwandawray@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  3. We will evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
